xFi Complete Assessment
I would like an assessment for my wifi. I have been paying for xFi complete for a while now and noticed I never received the assessment email for xFi pods. The connection throughout the house is very inconsistent with no way to move the gateway to a better location. Would greatly appreciate the help from a rep.

Hey @JAYH01, Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience regarding the Xfinity xFi Complete service. I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you.
With the Xfinity xFi Complete service, we are unable to manually initiate a Whole Home WiFi Evaluation. These are automatically performed approximately every 6-months from the time of activation if you have an active and current subscription to our Xfinity xFi Complete service.
The Xfinity xFi Complete service is a $25.00 per month service that includes the modem rental, Unlimited Data Plan, and the Whole Home WiFi Evaluation. Our standard Xfinity xFi Gateway at $15.00 per month does not qualify for the Whole Home WiFi Evaluation as it is our standard modem rental service.
If you are having Xfinity Internet connectivity issues, we do recommend performing a Home Network Test on the Xfinity App. You can quickly see what the home is receiving by opening the Xfinity App -> WiFi Tab -> Troubleshoot -> "Test your whole home network".
Can you please perform this test and let us know what Internet speeds the home is receiving at this time?
