xFi Complete Added to Order by Dishonest Rep

I contacted Customer Support to replace a TV Box that was old and failing.  When preparing the order for the new box the Rep made another change adding xFi Complete for $25/month.  Something I didn't ask for and certainly don't want.

Absolute dishonesty from that Rep!  Not the first time a Rep has pulled this type of thievery.  They probably get bonuses for ripping off customers!!!

Time to take a closer look at HULU!
