X-Class Internet Availability in Littleton/Highlands Ranch, CO

Hello!

I received a message recently about service disruption due to upgrading Xfinity hardware in my neighborhood. Is there a way to check and see if this means that X-Class internet and the XB10 modem will be available soon, or could be available now? I appreciate your time!

Did you get a response? I'm in the same area and am also curious about XClass. I'm already mid split from a year ago so curious if XClass is out yet.

Hello @steve061768 thanks for your interest in our X-Class Internet speeds. I hope the day has been treating you well!

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
