XB9 modem availability

The XB9 will not be available in stores soon from what I hear, but we're very near the launch in all areas for eligible customers. The XB9 is currently only available to customers who sign up for Xfinity Pro or Shield select. I'll share more about those services below. 

Xfinity Pro is $15 per month add on for Xfinity internet that includes a Xfinity Pro WiFi Extender (backup battery available for purchase), Up to two additional WiFi Extenders included if network health check identifies weak signal in the home, and an upgrade if needed to the preferred Xfinity WiFi Gateway for your network architecture type.

Shield Select is $15 per month home protection add-on that includes seven days secure cloud video storage, Urgent Response 24/7, and one indoor camera and one door/window sensor.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.

3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.

4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".

5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

6.  A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.

7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8.  Press Enter to send it.
