XB10 Upgrade
I am a current Xfinity customer with an internet plan X-2Gig. I understand that the XB10 gateway is now available for customers in the Seattle, WA and surrounding communities.
I would like to request an upgrade to the XB10 gateway, as I believe it would significantly improve the performance of my home network. Please let me know if I am eligible for this equipment and what steps I need to take to have it shipped to me or installed.

I would be more than happy to offer my assistance looking into this further for you. Currently, the Xb10 gateway is limited to our FDX internet customers only. Do you happen to know if your service is FDX?
