Hi! Thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Forum regarding this XB10 request. Please know my team is always here to support you. To qualify for the XB10 gateway, customers must be in a specific speed tier market (FDX markets). To confirm, have you recently upgraded your speeds or received communication about your area being upgraded to our FDX market speed tiers?
