deluxury Thanks so much for reaching out to us here with your concerns! Customers eligible for the XB10 modem are customers that currently have FDX Internet speed tiers of 300 Mbps or above. FDX Internet, or Full Duplex Internet, offers symmetrical multi-gigabit speeds, meaning equal upload and download speeds. I would be happy to check if your current plan is eligible for the XB10 modem, can you please send us a DM. You can start by clicking the chat icon located in the top right corner of your forums' page when signed in. Once there, you can direct your messages to "Xfinity Support." Please add your full name and service address to help us locate your account. Let me know if you have any questions.
Good luck... I have been trying forever... and I don't even need the Wifi7... I just need DOCSIS 4 for symmetrical bandwidth... all I have gotten is the run around and that my request is "pending"
Thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Forums page, @user_v0fhg2. Are you located in a FDX or Full Duplex area?
