XB10 modem

I'm wondering how I can get an XB10 modem. I have 2GB download speed and am a Diamond member. Whenever I call, they send me on a wild goose chase to Xfinity stores to pick one up, saying their system shows it, but upon arriving at the store, they look confused.

@XfinityRaul​ we recently restarted our Xfinity service I was wondering if it’s possible if you could help me check and see if you could ship one XB10 to me as well as I keep a lot of devices connected in my house I am willing to switch plans if necessary. in order to qualify

Hi there, @fearlessvoicee! Thank you for signing up for our service! We can check on your account to see if you are eligible for the XB10 modem. This is based on the speeds offered in your area. The FDX (symmetrical upload and download speeds) of 500 Mbps and above qualify. 

 

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

Yes they did this to me the other day, I am long time member have 2gb plan and only computer can use it, and need to xb10 due to having over 70 devices connected it due to smart home stuff, and 3 gaming computers and other wireless devices.

Good evening @user_yukle9 and thank you for your interest in our new XB10 gateway as well. Our XB10's are not currently widely available in store and are only being provided to customers with symmetrical speeds at this time. Are you currently receiving symmetrical speeds? If so, we can have one shipped to your home.
