XB10 modem

I have the 2Gig symmetrical speeds plan and everytime I get a modem sent to me it's a xb8, which I've had for years now

@retire55 You can definitely get an XB10 if you have the required internet tier assigned to your account. I would be more than happy to review your account to see if you're eligible for this device.
