When will XB10 be available in area code 55442? We are thinking of switching ISP providers if the new XB10 continues to not be available (years after Xfinity said it would be available in our area).

@user_00nbt7 Thanks for adding a post to the community. The XB10 Gateways are reserved for accounts that have FDX service, which is basically having symmetrical download and upload speeds. They don't work well with regular speeds and internet service, but the XB8 does and performs the best right now. When your neighborhood is upgraded to the next generation internet speeds, you'll be able to get an XB10.
