Xb10 availability

hello - 

I wanted to inquire about the availability of the XB10 modem for my home?  We spoke with the ground team, that retrofitted our outdoor box, back last summer, to achieve the 10gb speeds. 

Yet, we still don’t have the modem.

Please advise on availability.
