XAP and ACP help!!!

I am so tired of dealing with chat agents who keep you on chat and they end up transferring you to different agents. No one can help. They all say the same thing that they are working on the account then nothing. So frustrating!!!

Hello @user_726b6b!  Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Support here on our Community Forum.  We are glad to hear from you, and we want to help in any way that we can.  What seems to be the issue?  Please feel free to shoot us a detailed message outlining your issue, and we will be glad to steer you in the right direction.  

 

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary

 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 •  - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 •  - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

 • Press Enter to send it

Besides your complaint can you tell us what your problem was that brought you to the forums?  In the long run, it might help other users that come here as well.
