Wrongful Collection Notices from Credence Resource Management

I was never notified of my final xfinity cancellation bill and now just received a text that my account has been placed for collection. I just paid off my bill today and would like xfinity to open a ticket to remove it from my credit report.

Hey @jp4599 , Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We greatly appreciate you taking the time to reach out regarding the collection agency letter. Since the debt was placed with a 3rd party agency you would need to start the dispute with agency in which the letter was received from.
