Wrong Address
I just started an account with the starting kit being shipped. When I was checking out I noticed my service address is not quite right - for example instead of "123 Main St, City, State Zip", it is incorrectly listed as "123 Main St REAR, City, State Zip". Except for the word "REAR" the address is correct. I wasn't able to fix that at check out as it keeps defaulting to the wrong address. Will this affect my service? If so, how do I correct my service address?

Can you initiate a direct message and start with your full name and address? To start a direct message, you must be signed in. Please click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right of the page next to the bell, and send your message to "Xfinity Support". Talk to you there!
