Worst support system
I asked to help me unlock the phone carrier and they told me the phone is not Xfinity carrier locked and they said this phone is different carrier and asking me to find the right carrier then I call again and they connected me to Apple support and Apple support said they can’t do [Edited: "Profanity"] and told me to go back to xfinity. I wasted an hour waiting
