Worst service ever
The worst customer service ever - Tisha and Neha were two agents that kept telling me to respond or I’ll lose the chat. I continued to respond during WORK meetings because I was charged double this month, and was working through it.
they both said they’re trying to help me and then just disconnected. After years of service with Xfinity, I will be opting out of coverage. My building provides it anyway and stayed with it because I was a loyal customer.
