Worst Dispatch & Technician Service ever!

We decided to switch to xfinity. Set up a new service request online, received an order number. No contact which was suspicious, but waited to see - no one showed up at designated time & day. Called xfinity, was told that online orders don't actually set up an account. Service rep on phone very nice, set up an account, chose a new day and time the following week (only time could get off to be home).  On that day, another no show! Called customer service AGAIN as the 2-hr window ended without any techs, pleasant women, she said the previous rep made a mistake &/or the technicians said we weren't home. (What the heck?!)  We were home, front door open and sitting at table nearby working off a hotspot the entire 2-hour window & before!  Arranged for a 3rd and final chance initial service install for today, from 12-2 pm. Rcv'd a confirmation text yesterday, great. Started rcving texts during the 2-hr window saying "Your Technician is  enroute", then "Technician is arriving", "Technician is parking, getting equipment, may be working outside". I was standing at the front door or in driveway itself - didn't see any xfinity truck or technicians despite these text messages. Called the Costumer service line again, this was about half way through 2-hr window & explained situation, he (again very pleasant, professional) contacted dispatch & reported back that yes technicians were on the way, they'd be there in 20-30 min, just before the end of the 2-hr window.  No one showed up. Called AGAIN, was told that technicians said we weren't home - logged at the time I was standing outside the condo on the phone with their service rep!!  I was on phone with rep, then a supervisor for 55 minutes. They said there was no more technician availability, all they could offer was another appointment next week. What?! I have worked from home on a hotspot three different days, waiting for them. I have been on the phone with their (granted very nice call folks) for a total of 112 minutes today, plus 85 minutes over the last 10 days.  We won't be here next week and I have put too much time into this.  Such unprofessional, poor service on part of dispatch and technicians. Strongly recommend against getting xfinity.

Hey there, user_ts6nm8, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your customer experience. I would be equally frustrated in your shoes and dealing with no call no shows. We want to get to the bottom of this issue to ensure this does not happen in the future. We would also still love to have you choose Xfinity as your provider.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
