Worst Customer Service!!!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been an Xfinity internet customer for over 35 years and in June 2025, while dealing with an internet problem, was talked into switching my four cell phones from Verizon to Xfinity with the understanding that the balance owed on the phones from Verizon would be covered by Xfinity if I submitted the online paperwork and sent the final bill from Verizon due to a promotion that Xfinity was offering. I did all of that three separate times. I have called Xfinity over 20 times since June 2025 and have been told by several different Xfinity employees several different answers and have been given several different case numbers all to which I have not been provided the $1258.57 I was owed. I have taken meticulous notes with people's names and dates and case numbers and employees have told me that I was given false promises (lies?) and all sorts of stories have been blamed on other employees and that they would fire the person that told me about the promotion and that they would deal with case numbers independently and it would be taken care of and they would make it right with me and still it has not been fixed. I did receive $600 in November and still need to be paid the $658.57 that I was promised! Why would a company not fulfill what they had promised? Why would I sign up to move my cell phones if I was going to have to pay that amount out of my pocket! I have even reached out to the incentive company that sent the first gift card and they have tried to help me resolve this with no positive outcome. I am at a loss that a company like Xfinity would not follow through with what I was told. I would never recommend this company for cell phones or internet service and can't wait for fiber optics to come to my neighborhood so I can at least get rid of the internet. I have been told by so many employees at Xfinity that this would be taken care of and that I should get what I was promised and what I deserved and yet it seems to keep going around and around in circles and now we are in 2026 and this is not fixed. I've never dealt with a company that has had such bad customer service in all of my 65 years of life! I have made so many phone calls and written so many notes and been so frustrated and nothing is fixed. Xfinity needs to pay attention to this and get me the rest of the money that I deserve and was promised! Please fix what I was promised!
