Worst Customer Service

I have had Xfinity for years and have gone through my fair share of bad customer service but this is by far the worst. Where I was told “it was not their problem it is mine” and that “I need to figure it out.” This is the last straw, I have been a loyal customer but I’m out and done with this company and will make sure to never recommend them to anyone.

The issue is the outsource. Not only do they outsource, but they do it to a third world country. The people in call centers there are worse to deal with because their bosses are with them on not helping Americans. They want our money and have no desire to actually do their job. Its trash..i just had to wait from 12:20 to 12:50 and still didnt get my issue fixed. Then the little rep thought he'd be slick and keep sending the same alert to my phone like four times before i replied stop and had my phone disable the text thread. it's time we find out if we can do a class action over this.
