worst customer service experience ever
*edited as my last post was removed*
xfinity has the worst customer service i’ve ever had. my latest and hopefully last interaction with a customer service rep was so awful i immediately switched providers. i’ve had to call customer service as my bill has been incorrect 3 months in a row. when i told the rep this, i was told i was wasting my and the company’s time by continuing to call. the second i started to explain the situation, the rep immediately started talking over me and continually interrupting me. this went on for about 3 minutes, never being able to talk without being talked over and interrupted. after telling the rep to stop talking over me multiple times, i had to yell at him to stop and let me talk for 5 uninterrupted seconds, which the rep was physically unable to do. this resulted in the rep calling me childish for getting irritated with his wholly unprofessional behavior. when i asked to be transferred to literally anyone else (i would’ve taken the janitor at this point), the rep told me to call back (after already having waited 25 minutes to talk to this lovely human being) and hope that i got a better person. i finally had to remind him that all calls are recorded, at which point he was very slightly nicer. if he had taken 2 minutes to listen to me he could’ve politely explained the bill discrepancy. however, this was apparently too difficult. i’ve never experience such abysmal customer service from anyone, at any company, ever.
my question is, what are you going to do about this? are you, as a company, going to listen to the myriad complaints about customer service found all over the internet?

This has been my experience as well, looking for new providers in my area already and I only had their internet for like a week.
