Worst customer service ever

Overseas agents cannot understand English, and read from scripts that do not have anything to do with the question asked. I could write at least ten pages of issues I have had with customer service - mostly being that they cannot understand English properly. Not one overseas representative has ever been able to help me. Xfinity forces people to go into their stores for true customer service. All the hours wasted on the phone with agents not knowing what is going on is incredible. I cannot wait until I can leave Xfinity forever.
