Worst company in the history of the universe
I have never in my life experience such a thing. I can't even believe something so ridiculous actually exists. A store.. a store where you go buy things.. doesn't want you to have their phone number. A company that is so s***** they have to shroud their true contact info in secrecy because of how worthless they are. From agents that don't know their own policies or just flat out lie to constant problems with accounts and the inability to find true, consistent answers to questions, I hate this company with every fiber of my being. So instead of calling on the phone to conveniently get my answer, I have to hop in my car, go to the physical location and potentially waste hours of my time.
