Worst Company Ever
I contacted Xfinity last night (9/5) because my Wi-Fi at my apartment complex is not working at all since 9/3 The network won’t even show up. I got a live agent on the phone and was transferred to a voicemail box for assistance, and it was FULL. So, assistance was provided, no callback number, and guess what? Still no Wi-Fi at home. It is now Sunday, and tomorrow is a holiday, so that means I will be without internet until Tuesday at least, with no explanation, and Xfinity is reporting no outage in the area but won’t answer or give a callback number for assistance as to why there is no network. If I were not stuck with Xfinity because of a community contract, I would NEVER use them as they have the worst customer service and connection. I will never recommend them to friends and family, I will always recommend fiber optic or a t-mobile hotspot, or no service at all before I recommend Xfinity.
Update: Xfinity reached out to me on 9/6 to inform me that there is an issue and they have been aware of the issue but cannot lay a temporary line to provide anyone service but will not come out to fix the issue until 1 p.m. on 9/8, when they have been well aware of the issue since 9/3.

Hi @user_q2hoec,
I know how much we all look forward to our long weekends, so we can truly enjoy our time. So much of what we do now to relax is tied to the internet, and I wish we could get you connected sooner rather than later. Community properties usually work a little differently than traditional properties, and I want to make sure all is in place for your upcoming visit. We want you to get back to your status quo as soon as possible. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address so that we may review your account.

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
