Worse service
I cannot believe how poorly run your technical support is, it's actually laughable. I have now had two appointments that the technician hasn't shown up for. The one tech that did show up had no equipment with him. He directed me to an Xfinity store to exchange my router. I checked the website and it says the store is open so I went. I get there the store hours posted on the door say they were open. The door is locked and no one is inside. It's an active store in Hammond, Indiana. No note on the door to explanation, nothing. I call customer service they schedule and appointment for today and no one shows up. I just called and it's a 2-3 hour wait to speak to someone. This is absolutely ridiculous.
