WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Really didnt start the bussiens with them yet but I dont like this company. 

I called 2 times and have to text with 3 more and NOONE help me.

Im new in my community and I have to use xfinity or Comcast for the basic cable amd internet that comes with the community, I called to installation and a customer service agent told me that they had something available on the same day for being a new customer, from 1 to 3pm, I did that around 9 or 10 am, I was happy, too the afternoon off a d guess what, the app said it was friday , so when went to the app, it send you to text with someone, so that person help me with an appointment for tomorrow Thursday instead of friday, well again look into the app today Wednesday and no it is for Friday,  again I took the afternoon off tomorrow due that the time was from 1 to 5pm this time, 5 hour window, what a stupid way to make people wait. Then I had to AGAIN text with someone and the guy assure me that it was tomorrow so he asked me if I will like a call from them to make sure it was tomorrow,  well the 1st person called and told me no and no and no and no, I asked for a manager or supervisor and she ANN told me no we dont transfer anyone, well after her going back and forth rudely,  I hang up but I did took pictures of the other texts and also record the call with the famos ANN, but then I called again in Spanish and it was the same thing, what a garbage of a company, what they said they do as service, socks and they are expensive and DONT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU...
