Wires on my house

I called your company and requested to remove the wires from the side of my house. They came and ran a wire underground from my house to the pole but they attached the wires to the siding without asking me. I would like to request removal of the wires attached to my siding that became an eye sore. I hope your staff will find a better way running it neatly.
