wires loose on house , losing connection

Splitter on house is loose; keep losing connection; pixelation on TV; error codes. I returned all boxes and got new ones. Everything is tight. I spoke to someone Sunday; they scheduled a service call for 11AM Monday. NOBODY SHOWED?
