Wires are on the ground. No internet! Can not get a person on the phone to fix the issue!
The wires are on the ground, but you say my service is up. It is not! A tree fell and took the wires off the pole for communication. This is ridiculous. I have called numerous times but cannot get a person at all. I work from home and I expect better from a service provider. Please call me so I can explain and actually get this issues resolved or I will look elsewhere for service.

Hi @user_1ckzk2. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. I am sorry to hear that the cable drop line may have been disconnected. If you are experiencing issues, the best way to schedule a service technician is through our Xfinity Assistant.
With our Xfinity App and Xfinity Assistant, it will perform some diagnostics to check the status of the account, modem, and neighborhood. With the modem/services being offline, it should offer an In-Home Service Visit at the end of questioning.
Could you please visit our 'How to schedule and manage your Xfinity appointment' support page where you can quickly and easily access the Xfinity Assistant to start the process now?
