Will cancel 2 accounts if not resolved today

Starting Nov. 6. 3 TVs not working. Took 1 hour to get someone on the phone. Was told no problems in the area. Service came to house next day. At house a few minutes. Neighbors start knocking on my door when they see the Xfinity truck. To me this is clearly now an out side issue. Service man says it is not. Starts to open up all my wiring and dealing with all TVs. After over 2 hours, with a supervisor on the phone they decide to change my main cable box. Still nothing is working. Now they say they can’t fix it. It must be outside. Really ???  Next morning 2 TVs not working. Main tv where box was changed is still not working. Rest of neighborhood up and working. Back on the phone and chat again after almost 3 hours, including messing up the other TVs for awhile, still nothing working. Now trying to sell me new services. Really ???? Are they kidding. Set up a service appointment for Tuesday. On the phone for hours on Saturday Nov. 8. So now I have to wait till the 11, when I have had issues since Nov. 6. Still cannot get a supervisor on the phone who has any kind of understanding of what has been going on. This is all totally crazy. If this is not solved today, as soon as I can get another company to set up service, I am cancelling both my accounts.
