WiFi won't connect

I'm trying to connect my new modem but keep getting a "something went wrong" error screen. The app won't allow me to navigate away from this screen. Can you help me get connected

I have the same error message after getting a new upgraded gateway.
Have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling app without success. The same behavior happens on multiple devices (iPhone/ipad)

Have you tried powering your device off and back on? Do you experience the same issue when using our online web portal https://login.xfinity.com/login?
