Wifi range

I have the newest modem/router and I have half the speeds I pay for and really horrible range, my wife works from home 2 days a week and has slow internet connection upstairs in her room and my daughter has horrible speeds in her "apartment" out back, I've tried troubleshooting it a million times and nothing, my daughter even bought a new phone and I've tried calling Xfinity but no one wants to either help without charging me for more [Edited: Language] or I get the stupid AI

I didn't see they replied to me but I'm gonna reach out today about it, I ended up installing my own mech network it wasn't too expensive I got three bases for around 160 it's tp-link deco but you have to connect to your Xfinity router/modem with one and go to the admin options and change theirs to bridges so it's just a modem and then spread the bases where you want them but still in range of your base and it's fixed all my inside Internet coverage but my daughter still has some slowed speeds where she is but if I got another one it would fix it but I'll reach out to Xfinity and see what they say.
