WiFi pass

Hello, I don’t know who I’m supposed to be speaking with, but I’m very upset. You guys keep taking money off my card and I do not use the Wi-Fi password anymore. Could you guys please stop taking money away from me

user_kqenvv Hi there! NOW Internet is a prepaid service that requires enrollment in automatic payments at the time of purchase. Your subscription to NOW Internet will renew at the end of your prepaid service period unless you temporarily pause your service or cancel your plan. You can temporarily pause your service or cancel any time online by turning off autopay in your NOW Portal. To do so, simply select Turn off autopay. You will not receive a refund, but will continue to have service until the end of your prepaid service period.
