Wifi pass gives error code

I bought the xfinity wifi pass and when I try to connect my xbox it says further authentication required. So I click on it and it redirects me to the sign in page. I click on add this device and it loads a white page that says error 404 please help

However, NOW WiFi, support is available exclusively via the phone number on your purchase confirmation email as well as through chat at this link : https://www.xfinity.com/chat/ Please give those a try, and I am confident the team will be able to assist!
