Wifi now pass

So here are a few weeks ago. I purchased the wi fi now pass Through my phone. And I tried to connect my laptop to it afterwards. And it says, I had the wrong information. As far as my phone number and email. I really need this wi fi pass because i'm doing college work on my downtime at work. What do I need to do?
