Wifi Now Pass

I was very satisfied with this temporary option of internet until i paid and renewed for another 30 day pass and i was cut before my 30 days and i called to see what happend and no one seemed to know what i was talking about and wanted me to upgrade to a $100 bundle option and said my money woulf be refunded but i have yet to see that on my account. Why do you guys remove wifi from certain zones?
