Hello @user_dlztu9 and thank you for reaching out on our Xfinity Community forms to express your concern. 😀
It can be frustrating when your services do not work as expected, but you can use your Xfinity App to help you find out what may be going on.
If you open the app, and sign in with your Xfinity ID, then tap the Wi-Fi tab and select 'Troubleshoot,' the app can help you to check for service interuptions and any signal issues that might be happening. It will also let you try to restart your Xfinity Gateway.
If its an account related issue, the app should be able to tell you, up to and including scheduling a tech if its needed!
If the app doesn't provide the assistance you need for some reason, please let us know, we'd be happy to help you further. ❤️
