WiFi extenders email link

Hi, my name is [Edited: "Personal Information"] and I’ve had service with yall for over a year now but for some reason I just found out that I had an email from yall saying that there was an evaluation done and that I was eligible for a WiFi extender but when I try to click on the link it will not work. Do I need to be sent another email with the link?

@XfinityJorge​ yes and I’ve also tried clearing my cache and my history. I wondering if it may not be working because of the email being so old. The email was from June 3, 2024.

Hello,

Yes, I am tried it on other devices and it still pulls up as an error. Do you want me to show you the email? Or could y’all possibly send me another email link?
