Wi-Fi extender setup

Hello, I am trying to set up my WiFi extender. I purchased a device that was suggest and I am having the worst experience trying to get it set up. I have called 4 times and I am unable to get an understanding of what needs to be done. Is there an english speaking understanding English dialect,person that I can speak to that is located in the US . Like your local branch that can call me? Please! I have requested call back but I keep speaking to individuals that are troubleshooting the wrong items and not setting up the item.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page) 
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send your message

I did this, like I stated they reset my modem to get it replaced to another modem when I said I don’t have another modem they then had to put my orginal Xfi box back on my account and went and call your service and did the same. Is there a way I can be reached by a U.S office representative? Or all your customer service outsourced to another country?
