Wicked for Good missing closed captioning for musical numbers

I purchased Wicked for Good though Xfinity today. When I went to watch it this evening, I discovered that although the spoken dialog is closed captioned, the musical numbers are not. This is very difficult for those of us who are hard of hearing. I have tried all the usual tricks . . . rebooting my box, toggling closed captioning off and on, and streaming on my computer instead of using the TV; however, the situation remained unresolved -- no closed captioning for the musical numbers. I think this must be a defect of some kind, but I don't know if Xfinity would have a fix for it, or if it is a flaw originating in the digital copy provided to Xfinity by the distributor. Any additional suggestions?
