Hello, @user_3ny3im how are you? Are all Extras not available for you or just not those exact commentaries? If those exact commentaries are currently not listed just keep an eye out for future updates to the bonus content that's available.

We also purchased Wicked and our Extras only include 11 short clips and trailers. No Commentaries, Deleted Scenes, or Singalong version that other streaming providers have included for their customers. We spent considerable time on the phone with Comcast Customer Service and they did not know why either! Per @XfinityJosephA, we did not see any version options to purchase--only rent or buy. The link above mentions new features added "as the launch date approaches," but that was in November. Please advise, as this is a huge disservice to loyal Xfinity customers.

If you are able to view the purchase download on other platforms, Apple TV and Fandango Home both have the commentaries. I purchased through Amazon (the disc + digital) and used Music Anywhere to link the other stream apps.
