whyis the virtual assistant not connecting to an agent?
ive spent the past halfhour waiting for the virtual assistant to connect me to an agent, and nothing, not even a place in line. this is horrible. im trying to get answers to why ive been lied to by agents. [Edited: "Language"].

To get started can you please send us a Dm with your full name and service address? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

Spent 20mins trying every prompt I could to get a 'live chat' rep..no luck. I had to come here and post a question and hopefully that will help. Good luck - seem AI chatbots are all we an expect these days :(
