Why so difficult to cancel service?
With 2 Xfinity accounts and endless options and categories, I have found that trying to present a particular question is very difficult. Anything I want to know about my account is readily available. Except how to cancel TV service.
Please deliver instructions on how to remove a certain service that doesn't involve more obstacles or trying to upsell.

You aren't able to cancel services on your own but the good news is all you need to do is reach out to us. Send us a private message with your full name and address when you're ready and we'd love to assist.

Is it legal to not allow people to cancel their service easily ? Setting a lot of barriers is not illegal .

I'm trying to cancel my internet because I'm moving and I have to jump through hoops! It's ridiculous. The site says you can cancel via chat, but that's a lie. I tried that and was told I can't, that I have to fill out a form, wait a couple days for them to call me back. I'll never use Xfinity again after this. So much for being a "valued" customer.
