Your contract may have ended, plus some fees have been increased such as the Regional Sports Network fee. Always read the notes on your billing statements each month for important information.

@qwikxr click ComcastChe in the upper left of the response in the post above. The "Send a Message" button will then be near the upper right of that screen - white letters on a blue button.
