Why Make an Appointment?

Why make an Xfinity store appointment ahead of time when it does/means nothing? You always have to wait for everyone else to receive assistance who was there before you - even when they do not have an appointment. Xfinity has the worst customer service. Waste of time.

@user_976d4b, thats a great question, and thanks for posting it on our Xfinity Community forums!

The biggest advantage to making an appointment is that the team at the store can ensure they have specific equipment available for you at the time of your visit.  It also allows for priority processing once you arrive (when possible) that can in many cases allow you to get in and out of the store quicker.
