Why is xfinity the worst customer service I've ever had????
I really don't understand. They transfer you from person to person and never resolve the issues. I've had random charges added every month. One customer service agent admitted that the other one lied to me about giving a refund. I am going to contact the FCC.

I'll jump on any official complaint. My recent experience verges on intentional misconduct with my service needing to be reactivated each day after chatting with agents

same here, [Edited: "Inflammatory"] who jack up prices and don't provide service. my bill has been different every month and i've only been a customer since august. i've had to call or text every 2-3 weeks for hours at a time and they have been completely the worst. i will also issue an official complaint.

Problem with comcast email:
In order to login They ask for cell phone # so they will send me code that I can put in. I have 2 email addresses and ONE cell so I get this answer: : This phone number is already associated with another Xfinity account. Do I really need different cell phone number for each account that I have?
In any one with a brain in Comcast?
