RE: Why is xfinity the worst customer service I've ever had????

Problem with comcast email:

In order to login They ask for cell phone # so they will send me code that I can put in. I have 2 email addresses and ONE cell so I get this answer: : This phone number is already associated with another Xfinity account.  Do I really need different  cell phone number for each account that I have? 

In any one with a brain in Comcast?

I rely on my emails for my job so I understand the importance of being able to log in to your account as seamlessly as possible. When attempting to log in, are you using a third-party email address? Are you experiencing the same issue when trying to log in to the XFINITY app?

There is no accountability. Everyone works from home so you cant even elevate to a supervisor. I've been trying to get them to fix their mistake for months.  I've spent over 100 hours on phone with support representatives and still cant get them to fix ACP. Which I have confirmation Xfinity has been being paid every month for it and it hasnt been applied to my account. I sence another Enron happening. They have successfully forced me out. I'm changing to Frontier. Xfinity's days are over. My family has been with Xfinity for 20 years. We've spent ungodly amounts of money with this Corporation.
