Why is the Xfinity website so bad?
Laziness? Lack of resources? Ineptitude? No financial incentive? Customers lack available choices to go somewhere else? No UX testing?
This website has been terrible for years and it seems every time someone posts about it, the thread gets lots of activity and is then closed.
Please don't close this thread until the website is fixed for good.
Yes I've cleared my cache and my browsing history. Yes I have fast, reliable internet. I'm using Chrome but I've used other browsers with no improvement. I'm tired of hearing and reading that. The rest of the internet doesn't seem to have the same issue, except for maybe the American Express website, but that's a different conversation for a different place.

What specific area's of the website do you have issues with, and is the issue localized to one specific device?
