Why is the Xfinity Rewards Visa Debit Card I just received in the mail today already expired?

I just received a Xfinity Rewards Visa Debit Card in the mail today and it’s already expired (0524). Why?

Please send me a non-expired card.

To send a Direct Message:

Greetings, we’ve tried to follow the steps you laid out in your response and we are just not finding the items either on the mobile app or on the website. Is there a telephone number we can call to talk to a person or can someone from your offices call us.
