Why is the Albany office even open?
This is the second trip I've made which is a 40 mile round trip to the Albany office. The first time all I wanted to do was buy a camera and buy some accessories and they could do neither one they said that their manager was not in and they could not do anything right then. Then I came in this week and wanted to have them help me transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone. They said they were unable to do that as one other customer ruined for them. I asked when they can sell any accessories like a charger at that time? No they couldn't do either they are worthless there's nothing they can do so why are they even open? This office needs help
