Why is my Internet connection so terrible?
We have been Xfinity customers for at least 3 years and our Internet connection has been utterly ridiculous lately. It cuts out almost every 10 minutes consistently! We are searching for different internet providers because we are sick of our shows, movies, internet pages ALL consistently going out! I am tired of broken promises from customer service saying my Internet will NEVER go out and while it has continuously going out EVER SINCE that promise!

Thanks for joining our community forums and for sharing your issue with us. Your experience is not the norm and there is no better time than now to get to the bottom of this. With most of our media consumption and leisure time being spent with the internet I can certainly understand why intermittent connectivity would bring you to such a point. Rest assured, we'll make sure you can get to stability.
I'd like to start by knowing some steps that you all have taken over the past few years. Have you had any technician visits or equipment swaps by chance?
It would also be good to know issue has persisted consistently everyday over the past few years or do the issues come & go?
